  • Trinity Hill Arneis 2008 NZD $15.00
Arneis (pronounced: are-NAYS) is an ancient white grape variety originating near Alba in the Piemonte region of north-west Italy. After gentle whole-bunch pressing of the grapes, the juice was fermented in stainless steel and older barrels. Following a short maturation on yeast lees, the wine shows delicate aromas of pears with a hint of almond and a soft, round palate with good acidity.
  • Trinity Hill Homage Syrah 2007 NZD $118.00
    3296
Rich, ruby red with hints of crimson. Ripe red berry fruit complexed with mocha and licorice notes. Fragrance and perfume is aided by the Viognier. Plum, blackberry, cherry and cassis are the dominant flavours, with a structure that is tight and tense, allowing the wine to age gracefully for many years.
  • Trinity Hill Chardonnay 2009 NZD $15.00
The 2008 harvest has produced a round, soft wine with overtones of Grapefruit and Pineapple. The small proportion of oak aging on yeast lees has added some complex, mealy biscuity characters to the wine, but it still shows the fresh fruit of Chardonnay.
  • Trinity Hill Pinot Gris 2009 NZD $15.00
Gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks has retained the delicate Nashi pear, spice and honey characters typical of top quality Pinot Gris. Soft acidity, with a small amount of retained sugar, has resulted in a great food wine with potential for bottle aging for 2-4 years.
