Full red -purple in colour, the smooth dark cherry and spice fruit together with a touch of vanilla oak on the bouquet leads into a strongly structured and concentrated palate. Here dark berry, plum and some more savoury characters are bound up with lingering tannins. Patience will be richly rewarded. -

This complex wine has a nose of stonefruit, melons, oak and yeasty "malo" notes. It is rich and full bodied with a creamy mouthfilling texture. The wine is a typical of what can be described as a "big wine". -

A bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, exotic spices and cedar tones. The palate is reminiscent of black cherry, vanilla and anise with wonderful integration of fruit and tannins. An appealing Chardonnay for its pear and apple characters. The generous palate is fine and seductive. A rich and silky finish is pleasantly spicy and floral. Produced from Chardonnay grown in Wairarapa . The fruit was hand harvested and whole bunch pressed to maximise the juice quality and fruit flavours. Fermentation in oak barriques and 6 months on lees aging has produced a fine elegant Chardonnay with excellent aging potential -

Medium to full red-purple, ripe cassis and blackberry fruit of the bouquet is complexed by hins of sweet leather. The palate is flooded with intense, pure cassis/blackberry fruit. a lovely wine, which is a tribute to the vineyard and the vintage. -

Black crimson in colour, it has a dense concentrated character of blackcurrants, liquorice and some rich, dark chocolate notes, supported by concentrated fruit and a soft, spicy palate with a sustained tannin finish. This wine will continue to improve in the bottle for a least twenty years from harvest. -
