This is a blend of 46% Merlot, 45% Malbec and 9% Cabernet Franc from the Gimblett and Triangle Vineyards. The grapes were hand harvested, carefully destemmed and fermented in numerous small batch ferments over a 3 week period then gently pressed to oak barriques..
