Australia's most popular grape varietal, Shiraz is full-bodied with high alcohol, and vibrant berry and plum on both the nose and palate. Australia's hot summers and cooler winters impart a complexity and structure that collects well and is a worldwide favorite.
Shiraz is described as robust and spicy with a slightly sweet finish. You will also enjoy a velvety and slightly syrupy mouthfeel when enjoying this varietal.

Mt Monster Shiraz 2015
Deep purple in colour. Ripe cassis and black plum fruits on the nose with violets. Varietal fruit-driven palate, with cassis and dark berryfruit and spice flavours. Soft tannins compliment the fruit with mouth-filling generous finish. Winemaking Report. This Shiraz is fermented in static fermenters at controlled temperatures to retain the varietal aromatics. Once complete the wine is left for 7–10 days on skins to aide in the extraction of soft fleshy tannins and build wine structure. Ass Kisser Shiraz
From the people who make Chocolate Box, Rocland Estate have done it again with this Aussie blockbuster style that is sure to please. Apart from the cheeky name and label, this wine is fantastic value for money. The 2009 was awarded a gold medal at the NZIWS and the new vintage is just as amazing. Opulently scented with creamy vanillin oak and chocolate and juicy, full-bodied, gutsy flavours crammed with blackberry and cherry fruit, mint and eucalypt with a flourish of spice and pepper.

Made from selected fruit from family owned vineyards in the Northern Barossa Valley.
This wine showcases classical Barossa black fruit characters with dark chocolate flavours. Matured for 2 years in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
Rocland Duck's & Goose Shiraz
Great depth and length with rich and deep blackberry color, giving a hint of dark mocha on the palate. Soft silky tannin superbly balanced with French and American oak, matured for 30 months.
Johnny Q Shiraz 2015
Intense youthful fresh ripe berry fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillian oak. Full bodied dense ripe berry fruit flavours balanced with vanillian oak but yet long and smooth.
Selected premium vineyards experienced ideal growing conditions producing wines of high sugar and flavours. Cool
nights providing ideal harvesting conditions.

Trinity Hill Homage Syrah 2014
Rich, ruby red with hints of crimson. Ripe red berry fruit complexed with mocha and licorice notes. Fragrance and perfume is aided by the Viognier. Plum, blackberry, cherry and cassis are the dominant flavours, with a structure that is tight and tense, allowing the wine to age gracefully for many years.
Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz 2017
Lifted spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas are complimented with chocolate, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Well-integrated oak tannin provides flavours of clove and supple texture, which supports the rich plum, blackberry and mocha. The overall structure is supple and generous with fine-grained tannin and a lingering finish.
